Hazim has been digging, collecting & dj'ing for years, having played throughout the city in various low-key engagements. This mix shows off his palette for bouncy, lighthearted, deep tech & electro grooves, tied together masterfully for dance-floor perfection. 

If my memory serves correctly, Hazim and I met at Labyrinth way back in 2016... Music <3 hehe.

“I'm into so many different styles at the minute so it was hard deciding on the vibe I wanted to go for, so there are lots of energy shifts throughout the mix,” she tells us. “It's got some beautiful moments, some deep, moody moments and – of course – some wonky, weirdo high-energy bangers. I also wanted to take the opportunity to showcase some incredible new music from mates, some forthcoming Pressure Dome, and a new remix I've been working on, all of which I'm excited to share!”

LOIF is a DJ, producer and underground operator who has been forging a luminescent path in uncharted, underwater territory since the release of his first EP ‘Electronic Organism’ in 2019. Since this time, LOIF has been taking us on spelunking adventures through intricate patterns of space and sound. Much like intricately woven cave systems, LOIF produces tracks with hidden complexity, space and depth. LOIF’s forthcoming EP ‘Plunge’, set for imminent release on @animalialabel has been described as an oceanic exploration. Yet unlike the vastness of the ocean, LOIF’s performances and productions are executed with laser-like precision - sharply programmed drums and abundant restraint present an intriguing contrast between minimalism and maximum impact.
