For true Enchufada fans, the Swiss producer and DJ Wildlife! should need no introduction by now. After contributing the fiery Metazoa for our Hard Ass Session EP series back in 2010, he recently teamed up with young dancehall producer Rapha on the Upper Cuts free download series, delivering the UK Funky inspired dancefloor filler PC Riddim. As it turns out, this was only the beginning for this fruitful collaboration on Enchufada. 

Enter the steaming hot 'Boiler EP', a three-track collection including the aforementioned PC Riddim alongside two new fresh cuts - the titular Boiler Riddim and Drop It. While PC Riddim and Boiler Riddim take inspiration from the early UK Funky scene, providing playful looping synths, heavy bassline pressure and dancefloor-focused percussion, Drop It draws heavily from the producers' dancehall background, flipping classic dancehall patterns into a futuristic bashment vibe. Following his recently-released 'Roxy Reboot' album, where classic punk tracks are given the reggae treatment and vice-versa, Wildlife! proves once again just how much that small Caribbean island keeps offering to contemporary electronic music.
