notes from the dark side

This album is a collection of beats made from 'fragments' / unused samples on my MPC2000XL. The majority of these samples were processed through the SP12 Turbo, Ensoniq EPS 16+ or the Tascam 244 for that raw hip hop sound. All tracks were completed during summer 2021 and were heavily influenced by days at the beach and in the sun.
