Magnetonium - Italian Deep House, Part 2 (1988-1996)

This is a mix of classic '90s deep house from Italy. I found most of these records in the early '90s in Ireland. The others came from digging in thrift stores and bargain bins all over the San Francisco Bay Area. 



Classic Italian Deep House Mix Part One

This is a tribute to the Italian DJs and the Riviera sound that got me hooked to house music in the early nineties. The clubs were Cocorico, Echoes, Peter Pan, Club dei Nove Nove, Movida and others. Another big influence was Djaimin's pioneering Dream Sequence radio show in Switzerland. If you are a house lover from that time and place, you know what I am talking about. Vinyl only. A long time ago in a galaxy far away.
