MUST DIE! - CHAOS (Surphase Remix)

Driven by passion, friendship, collaboration, and experimentation, multi-genre EDM artist Prime Ordnance is making waves in the bass music scene.

The upbeat and colorful works of Prime Ordnance have caught the attention of communities like Rushdown, FORM, and Novatone, while his contributions to the supergroup Simulcats have made their way to bitbird, Tasty, Neoluminum, and more. Recently, his hyperflip-inspired "Simulcore" edits have spurred a new creative direction for the New York-born artist as he broadens his arsenal and explores what's within his capabilities.

His musical roots were influenced by his love of video games and date back to the early 2010s, when he started making music using the Xbox 360 game "ezmuze+ Hamst3r Edition." In both 2015 and 2018, he was a top 8 finalist in the Monstercat Mix Contest, which led him to meet many of his friends who continue to inspire him in his musical endeavors.

The"Irony" project revolves around creating a story with multiple meanings and nuances that the listener has to find on their own. It's set in an imaginary world, The Chasm, which is the exact opposite of the common "loci amoeni" (enchanted lands): being hazy, chaotic and dark, this world will offer a large variety of biomes, each having its own characters, secrets, and meanings.
The listener travels this world hearing atmospheres, textures, and organic bass sounds which bring them into the scene.
