I had a pretty bad Ouija Board accident the other day and got into an argument with Harry Houdini about Halloween records. He kept insisting we listen to Thriller, but I told him that was kind of boring and we could have more fun with it. He busted out his haunted gramophone and we started recording the set. There's all kinds of things happening here, some bad and some terrifying, but none good. Remember to turn out the lights before you listen to this set, then light a candle, stare into a mirror and say Soulelujah 5 times. Thanks for listening boils and ghouls!

"Battenkill" is the first of 3 compositions named after and influenced by rivers in upstate, New York. The album focuses almost entirely on electronic pieces utilizing predominantly voltage controlled modular synthesizers and sequencers. Liquid Light Forms radiates with pulsating, dense rhythmic patterns that morph and emerge as they compound on themselves. The result is a hypnotic and truly psychedelic listening experience that proves to be one of Koen's most captivating recordings yet.
