Neapolitan Sounds focus on music production together with artists, film makers and other creatives. The company is runned by Markus Göransson - a multi intrumentalist with a passion for creative sound engineering and melodies.
Neapolitan Sounds also function as a label for alibi tom, Joy's apartment, Idasara, Sisanda and Martino Apelsino.

ok, a little background: we started playing together -08 in a few but intense jam sessions in a apartment on hisingen. then it was just viktor and peter. we found quite quickly that we had the same ideas about how the music would sound. actually we never play much covers, in addition to a couple of neil young songs both liked. However, both of us have a hard rock background but have played around in different genres. socially, we have similar, yet different backgrounds - Viktor comes from hisingen and peter from the deepest forests of Halland. it has probably left its mark in the music. many songs relating consciously or subconsciously contrast between rural and urban, a contrast that we think is just as important for people's self-perception as socio-economic class. alex has joined in the last years and contributed with a nice sense of rhythm and artistic delight. She is originally from Trelleborg but also live in Gothenburg.

inspiration for barn swallow the lot from nature - the biggest artwork we know - and from musicians and artists that affirms nature. kebnekaise, for example, in an incredibly beautiful way to make a soundtrack for a forest walk. it is admirable. other influences, of course, people who like digging in human nature, which townes van zandt and Bill Callahan.
