Chef Pia Castleton and Concert Pianist Annie Ball have teamed up to host unique suppers in a range of locations in Newcastle and the North East.

-Clare Lasserson Ensemble: Clare (Director, Composer & instrumentalist), 
Brigitte Beraha (Voice), Bruno Heinen (Piano), George Crowley (Saxophone), 
James Maddren (Drums), & Sam Lasserson (Bass).
-First study Composer & Violinist, second study trombonist at Guildhall JD,
-UoB/Birmingham Conservatoire, BMus (Hons).
-Member of the first violins: CBSO Youth, LSSO and SYSO. 
-Member of the second violins : SYSO
-International tour guest: Stoneleigh Youth Orchestra 
-Trombonist: BUSO & BUJO, MYJO, & MYWO.
-School orchestra lead, & ensemble lead.
-1st alto in SSAA choir 
-Former Birmingham University Jazz and Blues Society JabSoc Secretary 
-Occasional trombonist, & visual artist
