hello mate! this is my very first remix based on a Malayalam movie called 'Churuli' which inspired me.. and the tunes are beyond the ordinary. I've tried to make it as a banger on the dance floor. so I hope everyone would enjoy it. anyways, as it is my first track I know there might be so many mistakes..forgive me! I'll do better next time ;)

Skanda Sashti Kavacham or Kanda Sashti Kavasam (Tamil: கந்த சஷ்டி கவசம்) is a Hindu devotional song composed in Tamil by Bala Devaraya Swamigal (a student of Meenakshi Sundaram Pillai) on Lord Muruga, the son of Lord Shiva, in Chennimalai near Erode. Tamil contains many ancient hymns in praise of deities. Skanda Sashti Kavasam was composed in the 16th century. In the song has been composed in praise of the Lord, seeking to shower His grace.

This is one of the promotional tracks for my EP "Shanmata" which was released by Beat on Records.

Alaipayudhey Kanna is an opera written by Oothukkadu Venkata Kavi (c. 1700-1765) or Oottukadu Venkata Subbaiah Iyer, one of the pioneering composers in Indian classical Carnatic music. He lived in South India in the present-day state of Tamil Nadu. Also known by the name Oothukkadu Venkatasubba Iyer, he composed hundreds of compositions in Sanskrit, Tamil and Marathi of which over 500 are available. These were handed down from generation to generation by the descendants of the composer's brother's family.
