I'm happy with the outcome, pretty diverse set with short prep time, ranging between 130 and 135bpm, oldschool focus, techhousy, progressive, psytrance, some hardtrance.

As for every good vinyl set there were some tEcHnicAl PRobLemS, actually was good training to stay calm and continue as if everything goes smooth lol.

About Our Guest:
Drawing on his curiosity by exploring a wide range of styles, Nicholas Nothing seeks out those lesser-known gems, new and old. He puts his all into every set; meticulously selecting tracks and effortlessly jumping between styles while breathing excitement onto the dancefloor. As a Toronto-based DJ, he’s played at the city’s favourite dance spots alongside the likes of Black Loops, Chaos In The CBD, and Chris Stussy. Internationally, he’s brought his signature sound to clubs and events in the United States, Sweden, and Indonesia. 
In the studio, he draws on inspiration from artists like Mr. G, Dam Swindle, and Frits Wentink, producing tracks that are drenched in soul and groove. His unique sampling style of vocals creates warm atmospheres, lush melodies, and raw rhythmic grooves. He’s deeply influenced by the connective and emotive qualities of nature and infuses earthy and soul-soothing vibes in his music.

Their different musical backgrounds have fostered a space for learning and sharing. For "Whispers," they envisioned the sea, crafting a mix that's energetic, unpredictable, and reflective of tidal rhythms—calm yet intense.

According to them, "Both of us are queer and trans multimedia artists, also involved in community and activism work, so we stand behind the values of EDGE.
