I am a rapper who is based in Norway. I have been writing and recording funky, thoughtful and catchy songs since 2019. I started out with writing poems on a blog I had, but found out I could combine rhyming with what I love the most, which is rap music. My vocals are smooth and give a kind of soothing feeling. I always try to add a beat which drives the song, and is catchy and well-produced. My topics are profound, original and has a goal to teach, express and dig deep into whatever I'm writing about. It could be a song about finding peace, happiness and growth, or it could be a song about learning from mistakes, taking action and trying to improve oneself. Always! I try to bring a new perspective to the topics I write about, and hope I can give listeners value for their time. I'm very dedicated, and appreciate all responses. Artist Bio:

         Purpose was born as Jessie Deon Bradley within an area of Brooklyn called East New York and raised in Bedford-Stuyvesant. His parents had six children and he was the third oldest in line. Before the age of twelve , he started getting into all different kinds of music such as Rap, R&B, Rock, and Old School Hip Hip. By the age of twelve, he started out writing rhymes with a close friend named Lasheen and then decided to form duo developed the names Supreme L (Lasheen) and Mr Jiggy (Jessie).                              
         As time passed, Jools (Jessie’s younger brother) completed the rap group called Hot Pursuit. At this time, Mr Jiggy changed his name to Jay Spazzo and then Spazzo. This group wrote their first song which was never publicized called All We do. A year later, Hot Pursuit disbanded and G.M.N was formed. This group called G.M.N consisted of Supreme, J Hunta, Unxown, and Spazzo. Soon, G.M.N disbanded and every artist went their separate ways.
        In 2008, Spazzo had a daughter and moved to Concord, New Hampshire. While he was in New Hampshire, he met a guy name Eddie who got him back into music. Once he got back into music he changed his name to Purpo$e. The reason he chose to call himself Purpo$e is because he believes that he has a purpose within the music industry. In 2020, Purpose released his first project called Reality Check on SoundCloud, Spinrilla, Audiomack, and my mixtapez.

I am Dan Lockhart/ProgRockDan.  I am half of the duo Dan X2.  I enjoy making music with my partner Dan Blackard.  I was born in East St. Louis, Illinois.  I was raised in a rural area near Edwardsville, Illinois.  I have lived in San Antonio, Texas; Bad, Kreuznach, Germany;  Kansas City, Missouri; Columbus, Georgia; Haverhill Massachusetts;  St, Louis, Missouri, and Indianapolis, Indiana.  I have resided in Carmel Indiana for the past 20 + years.  I consider this home.  I have a small studio in my home.  I go to it everyday and work on creating (writing) songs.  I play bass, guitar, banjo, mandolin, pedal steel, piano, violin, and viola.  I use Cubase for my DAW.  I master using Izotope, Ozone.
