"French electronic duo Glass and producer Maoupa Mazzocchetti joined forces for their first collaborative release: 'Y Head', a 9 track album including remixes from Swiss artist NVST and New-York based Morrocan composer Bergsonist. Glass and Maoupa deliver 7 heavy hybrid club bullets where glitchy sound design melts with epic synths and deep basses. Max Dahlhaus and Kronom team up for Unizone on “Trauma Tendrils” with remixes from Domizako and Ice_Eyes. “Trauma Tendrils” lands with all the diplomacy of blunt force trauma. Both veteran producers trawl the deepest and darkest recesses of their personal brands of dystopia, settling on a chaotic course of textured experimentalism and distorted broken rhythms. It’s industrial techno that has dissected and reorganized its molecular structure. Tracks that simulate the experience of emerging from the primordial cyber cocoon. Caked in dirt, drenched in acid, mouth full of gristle. All that’s left to do is tear the feeding tubes out of your stomach, punch a hole through the membrane of your prison, and rush the sentinels. The event will feature supports from Ana Caprix, 333 Boyz, Blue Stork and Larry, in celebration of a record that fills the void left behind by late 90s, early millennial dance. There's the ecstatic eurodance escapism combined with more modern bass music elements of opening pun 'Entrance', as well as lead-single, 'Powerpoint 1' and its hybrid sound from across eras and featuring syncopated beats, guns and sweep samples.
