After many years to be part of Skyhigh Pirates , formed in 2013 with Mark Skyhighartrist, Toto decide to fulfil a need to express himself in a different register of psychedelic music when Mark choose a return to his Hightech musical roots.
3P-Rate is a night to morning Psytrance style, a crazy combination of high energy psychedelia filled with freaky sounds, crazy samples, and infectious grooves to make you dance with smile in your mind .
