For miles and miles towering green trees populated the land, easing only to allow the river to weave and wander in-between. There was much to explore here in the forest - either on foot or by boat - these pathways and meandering bodies of water had seen more than any human had in their lifetime. It felt magical and otherworldly out here, nothing but nature enveloping you in its wonders, but how long before it would fade away? How long before it would be wounded and ravaged? Or had the damage already been done...

Ruinas boss Black Pomade is gearing up for the launch of a brand new series called Manzo Edits for, you guessed it, a carefully curated selection of edits from friends and peers. For the debut release he invites WONDER, AEF and DHP AKA Life Dee to feature alongside him, as they all put their own stamp on a disparate sounds and styles. Every edit is primed for club play, but there's a bit of something for everyone. It launches with dark, percussive synth-pop before settling into a funky old school breaks and chugging acid grooves, all rounded off with a disco house edit to get the floor moving.

Rollover Milano Records is the label born out the longstanding and hyper cool party based at the Apollo Club in Milan. Boasting a roster of shiny luminaries, the label continues with its dark disco, deep house, Italo funk demeanour as a mirror ball to the glam club night.
The next outing on the label comes from Ferrari. Hailing also from Milan, the DJ & producer makes a welcome return to Rollover Milano Records at full speed, known for conjuring up space rock from far flung corners of the galaxy with a warm house and cosmic disco lean.

The Subacqueo EP continues in that vein, but with an extra injection of Balearica, infused with the intensity of the rave. The hypnotic 'Deep Blue Green Eyes' opens with a wide screen cinematic feel, followed by the rework of the rhythmic rave of Subacqueo and its lovely acid lines, the remix coming from Bell Towers who is no stranger to the night. Having released on key labels like Public Possession, Internasjonal and Cocktail D’amore, the Aussie producer has a fair stab at remixing the title track, taking it apart and mixing it up into a cosmic disco frenzy with lashings of paradise piano keys. ‘Morning Routine’ closes out the EP in full on rave style.

This is a collection of high speed, dance floor killers elegantly designed to make your dancers sweat in the deep, dark, deadly night hours.
