This is actually the FIRST deep house song I've ever released, back in the summer of 1996...  Originally on Soul City, and years later, remixed and re-released on Millions of Moments.  I'll NEVER forget the time in Vienna, Austria, after a night of DJing and performing...  The crowd wanted more, so I asked what they wanted 2 hear...  They screamed "Crucified!"  I didn't bring the record with me, so I sang the song acapella for them...  What a MAGICAL moment that was!  Special shouts 2 Santiago Salazar 4 requesting that I post this, as I know it's one of his favorites...  :-)

Moods And Grooves

To get you excited for the lite edition of Bonanza coming up in just 10 short days, we thought we would share with you the recording of Walrus’s set from Bonanza 2024. 

Walrus is a label boss, running the iconic Brussels imprint Basic Moves, deep digger - as comfortable playing techno as he is ambient and downtempo - and all round lovely human being. 

Opening up the main floor on the Saturday night, this is Walrus in house, deep house and tech house mode. Low slung grooves, acidic chuggers and the occasional break, this is that wraps you up and cuddles you in it’s warmth and good vibes, just like the man himself.
