For this Katha (discourse), Bhai Baljit Singh improved on the interpretation of the shabad helping bring the meaning to life. In reflection of this shabad (hymn), Bhai Baljit Singh explains in depth how just like a child sometimes falls over, they can return to the safe laps of their parents, in the same way, we can rely and fall into the loving laps of that One, who resides in the energy of the Sangat (holy congregation). 

Bhai Baljit Singh explains the need for improving the translations of Gurbani and asks for the blessings of the Sangat to work on this project.

Spirituality is not about trying to get your practises perfect. It's all about innocent devotion! Bhai Baljit Singh tells two beautiful stories exemplifying how humility, innocence and devotion brought them towards Vaheguru (God). In the first story, we learn about Vidur who even with a low class and being from a poor family, was visited by Krishan Ji, who was the Avtar of Duapur. This Sakhi is mentioned by Bhagat Kabir Ji, Guru Arjan Dev Ji & Bhai Gurdas Ji to help us with our devotion and understand what really matters in getting closer to Vaheguru (God).

In the second Sakhi, we hear the story about Mai Bhaagpari, an old lady from Kashmir who begged for the darshan of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and waited patiently - watch the video to find out what happens!

Bhai Rajan Singh beautifully sings the shabad that tells the sakhi of Vidur.
