What does ik oankar mean? A loose translation of this term is there is one God, but the true meanings of the first word in Guru Granth Sahib Ji can actually allow us to reach our true potential.

Ik Oankar, also known as the Beej Mantar (Seed Mantra), contains the knowledge of the whole universe. It will allow us to recognise ourselves.
