We often wonder and try and understand what intuition actually is. The One (Vaheguru Ji) that is self created actually means that Vaheguru Ji is independent and all-knowing. The 'intelligence' of the creator came from within that One creator and not from an external source. As we receive and start to live up to the Guru's word, we start cleansing our mind. The more we cleanse our mind, the more we hear that One that is forever and constantly guiding us in every moment in our life.

ਨਿਰਜੁਰ ਨਿਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਭੂਪਨ ਕੇ ਭੂਪ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਦਾਤਾ ਮਹਾ ਦਾਨ ਹੋ ॥
(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਿਰੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਅਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਜਾ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਹੋ ਜਾ ਮਹਾਨ ਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾਨੀ ਹੋ।
O Lord! Thou art the Invisible Cataract, the Most Beautiful Entity, the King of Kings and the Donor of great charities.

ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਕੇ ਬਚੱਯਾ ਦੂਧ ਪੂਤ ਕੇ ਦਿਵੱਯਾ ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਕੇ ਮਿਟੱਯਾ ਕਿਧੌ ਮਾਨੀ ਮਹਾ ਮਾਨ ਹੋ ॥
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾ ਦੀ ਰਖਿਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਖਸ਼ਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾ ਰੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਟਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾ ਵੱਡੇ ਅਭਿਮਾਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੀ ਹੋ।
Thou art the Saviour of life, the Giver of milk and offspring, the Remover of ailments and sufferings and somewhere Thou art the Lord of Highest Honour.

ਬਿਦਿਆ ਕੇ ਬਿਚਾਰ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਅਦ੍ਵੈ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਧਤਾ ਕੀ ਸੂਰਤਿ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸੁਧਤਾ ਕੀ ਸਾਨ ਹੋ ॥
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ (ਵਿਦਵਾਨ) ਹੋ ਜਾ ਅਦ੍ਵੈਤ-ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਸਿੱਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਮੂਰਤੀ ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਦਾ ਗੌਰਵ ਹੋ।
Thou art the essence of all learning, the embodiment of monism, the Being of All-Powers and the Glory of Sanctification.

ਜੋਬਨ ਕੇ ਜਾਲ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਕਾਲ ਹੂੰ ਕੇ ਕਾਲ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸਤ੍ਰਨ ਕੇ ਸੂਲ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਮਿਤ੍ਰਨ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਹੋ ॥੯॥੧੯॥
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਜਾਲ (ਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੋਹ ਬੰਧਨ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ) ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਲ ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਪੀੜਾਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ, ਜਾ ਮਿਤਰਾ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ-ਰੂਪ ਹੋ ॥੯॥੧੯॥
Thou art the snare of youth, the Death of Death, the anguish of enemies and the life of the friends. 9.19.

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਮੀਤਾ ਐਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਪਾਏ ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੈਂ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਲੱਭ ਲਏ ਹਨ
O friend, such is the Dear Lord whom I have obtained.

ਛੋਡਿ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਸੰਗੇ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਗਾਏ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਸਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।
He does not leave me, and He always keeps me company. Meeting the Guru, night and day, I sing His Praises. ||1||Pause||

ਮਿਲਿਓ ਮਨੋਹਰੁ ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖੈਨਾ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਨ ਕਤਹੂ ਜਾਏ ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਹ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲਾ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਤੇ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ, (ਸੁਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ)
I met the Fascinating Lord, who has blessed me with all comforts; He does not leave me to go anywhere else.

ਅਨਿਕ ਅਨਿਕ ਭਾਤਿ ਬਹੁ ਪੇਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਰੋਮ ਨ ਸਮਸਰਿ ਲਾਏ ॥੧॥
ਹੋਰ ਬਥੇਰੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੇ (ਵਿਅਕਤੀ) ਵੇਖ ਲਏ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਭੀ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ।੧।
I have seen the mortals of many and various types, but they are not equal to even a hair of my Beloved. ||1||

ਮੰਦਰਿ ਭਾਗੁ ਸੋਭ ਦੁਆਰੈ ਅਨਹਤ ਰੁਣੁ ਝੁਣੁ ਲਾਏ ॥
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ—ਜਿਸ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਆ ਟਿਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਗ ਜਾਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ
His palace is so beautiful! His gate is so wonderful! The celestial melody of the sound current resounds there.

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦਾ ਰੰਗੁ ਮਾਣੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਥੀਤੇ ਸਦ ਥਾਏ ॥੨॥੧॥੨੭॥
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਰਸ ਧੀਮਾ ਧੀਮਾ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਸੋਭਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ।੨।੧।੨੭।
Says Nanak, I enjoy eternal bliss; I have obtained a permanent place in the home of my Beloved. ||2||1||27||

ਬਿਹਾਗੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ਛੰਤ ॥
Bihaagraa, Fifth Mehla, Chhant:

ਅਨ ਕਾਏ ਰਾਤੜਿਆ ਵਾਟ ਦੁਹੇਲੀ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਤੁੱਛ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ (ਦੇ ਮੋਹ) ਵਿਚ ਰੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ! (ਇਸ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ) ਤੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ-ਪੰਧ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । 
Why are you imbued with the love of another? That path is very dangerous.

ਪਾਪ ਕਮਾਵਦਿਆ ਤੇਰਾ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਬੇਲੀ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਪਾਪ ਕਮਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਤੇਰਾ (ਸਦਾ ਦਾ) ਸਾਥੀ ਨਹੀਂ । 
O sinner, no one is your friend.

ਕੋਏ ਨ ਬੇਲੀ ਹੋਇ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਦਾ ਪਛੋਤਾਵਹੇ ॥
(ਕੀਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ) ਤੇਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਸਾਥੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣੇਗਾ, ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਮਲਦਾ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਏਂਗਾ । 
No one shall be your friend, and you shall forever regret your actions.

ਗੁਨ ਗੁਪਾਲ ਨ ਜਪਹਿ ਰਸਨਾ ਫਿਰਿ ਕਦਹੁ ਸੇ ਦਿਹ ਆਵਹੇ ॥
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੀਭ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਪਦਾ, ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਫਿਰ ਕਦੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਗੇ (ਜਿਵੇਂ) ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵਿਛੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੱਤਰ (ਮੁੜ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ) ਨਹੀਂ ਜੁੜ ਸਕਦੇ । 
You have not chanted with your tongue the Praises of the Sustainer of the World; when will these days come again?

ਤਰਵਰ ਵਿਛੁੰਨੇ ਨਹ ਪਾਤ ਜੁੜਤੇ ਜਮ ਮਗਿ ਗਉਨੁ ਇਕੇਲੀ ॥
(ਕੀਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦ) ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਕੱਲੀ ਹੀ ਤੁਰੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 
The leaf, separated from the branch, shall not be joined with it again; all alone, it falls on its way to death.

ਬਿਨਵੰਤ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਮ ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸਦਾ ਫਿਰਤ ਦੁਹੇਲੀ ॥੧॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ—ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਸਦਾ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਭਟਕਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ।੧।
Prays Nanak, without the Lord's Name, the soul wanders, forever suffering. ||1||
