Basing House Mix Series 022 - Latex Zebra (Prognosis)

Co-founder of Ascendance Progressive Breaks and founder of True Underground on Twitch,dedicated to curating forward-thinking progressive vibes. While not a DJ, I’m passionate about bringing people together through music, community, and unforgettable experiences.

Matty Wright has been involved in music from an early age. Inspiration has been from the early rave and jungle scene, to the current sound of progressive house and breakbeat.
Production wise, Matty strives to incorporate the old school sound with modern influence and has had a plethora of successful releases on labels such as: Capital Heaven, Foxtrot Alpha, Prognosis, Critical Elements and Affiliate.

Located at the south end of Kingsland Road in Shoreditch, Basing House is an intimate, 300 capacity venue that opened in 2010. Basing House operates a late-license, opening each Friday and Saturday – with occasional Thursday events. A large volume of external promoters and labels curate the venues music programme. Basing House’s sound is supplied by Funktion-One and also features a roof terrace, which doubles as its smoking area. Friday and Saturday play host to house, disco and techno events.
