Stage B by Paperclip, released on Paperfunk Recordings, marks a new chapter in Pavel's personal narrative. Whereas Stage A saw him delve deep into the realms of his inner world, Stage B finds Pavel decisively moving forward, reshaping his internal landscape anew.

This music serves as an auditory portrait of transformation and inner upgrade. The musician reevaluates familiar reference points and discovers previously unknown aspects of himself, expressed through fresh, sometimes unexpected musical forms. Like pages from a diary, each melody narrates stories from Pavel’s life, sharing with listeners his journey toward balance and harmony—capturing that pivotal moment when old structures cease to serve and new ones begin to emerge.

Stage B resonates as a diary of personal evolution, with each track symbolizing a small step towards a renewed self. Here, there's no fracture or pain, only the strength of acceptance and clarity of vision. Pavel Paperclip invites us to witness his journey, allowing the music to communicate when words run out and sincere expression begins.

SINISTER SOULS returns to OTHERCIDE RECORDINGS for his latest EP “PLEASURE OF
PAIN”, which follows a selection of their recent releases across labels including PRSPCT
Recordings, Mindocracy Recordings, and their 2019 single on OTHERCIDE “Spider//Hatred” as
part of an increasingly intense torrent of output from the longtime crossbreed and bass music
veteran. Building on such sturdy foundations, PLEASURE OF PAIN finds ample room to
continue to display the signature SINISTER SOULS sound, standing as a decisive statement of
intent as SINISTER SOUL’s first release of the new year.
PLEASURE OF PAIN sweeps into being on the electrified basslines and cinematic chords of its
title track, which surges forth from a subdued atmosphere to provide a dynamic entrance for the
EP’s sonic character. EAT BRAINS then follows with a set of distorted kickdrums and arpeggios
that seem to rise and fall endlessly between the respective portions of its tense breakdowns and
frenzied main sections.100 LIVES features collaboration with MC KRYPTOMEDIC, who delivers
a dense deluge of lyricism atop a track equally dense with percussive elements and metallic
timbres that ripple throughout the track with unrestrained kinetic potential. FLAWLESS closes
the EP as a combination of its myriad elements, combining the rapid arpeggios of EAT BRAINS,
the cinematic flair of PLEASURE OF PAIN & the raw energy of 100 LIVES for the creation of an
audio sequence that does well to live up to the lofty goal suggested by its name.
With PLEASURE OF PAIN, SINISTER SOULS marks his entrance into the new year on
OTHERCIDE RECORDINGS with an EP filled to the brim with destructive sonic power,

Incursionó en la música a temprana edad aprendiendo basses de guitarra clásica y contemporánea. Luego conformó varios proyectos de hardcore y punk experimental en los cuales interpreta la guitarra melódica y acompaña con voces guturales en los coros. Durante todo este proceso de sensibilizacion musical, entrenamiento auditivo y adicción al ritmo, siempre sintió que el DRUM N BASS era la pieza faltante en su rompecabezas, razón por la cual en todos sus proyectos se ven involucrados los ritmos rotos y bajos gruesos, y a principios del 2008 entra a recibir formación académica en la parte de producción y mezcla musical con el animo de generar un sonido de alta calidad y en solitario, dedicándose enteramente al DNB.
