“Do not go gentle…” Gargantua is a behemoth of a tune that embodies the raw defiance of Welsh poet, Dylan Thomas’ words—laced with the weight of history, rebellion, and the ghosts of the past whispering through its ethereal pads. But don’t get too comfortable. That mystical calm? It’s just the inhale before the exhale of pure dark step destruction. When the drop lands, it stomps—HARD. This is the sound of resistance, of centuries of fire buried beneath the land, rising up through distorted basslines and relentless percussion. The drumwork is razor-sharp, cutting through distorted basslines that churn like a corrupted algorithm spiraling out of control.
