To continue the series of my all time favourit artists I am chuffed to share 75min of listening pleasure from Sebastian Mullaert (aka Minilogue) with you. What a yummy Santa Claus surprise :)

Thank you for all the great music you have created and the goosebumps and joy you have given us through your excellent sound! And for taking the time to inspire us with your very interesting and meaningful interview answers.

Interview:
1. Lucidflow: How does a creative day look/feel like for you?

Sebastian: I try to live a life where I have the possibility to be reminded about my being and at the same time be able to remind other beings about their being. You could say that it's an invitation of the being to the being to be ... Might sound stupid but at the moment I feel that this is the only true meaning there is. I try to let this be the intention behind everything I do; both in my daily life, my zen practise and my creative work in the studio and when I'm performing music on stage.
Like most beings I meet on this journey I also have loads of habitual patterns and unbalances that can be a hinder in keeping this pure intention strong all the time, patterns that I'm unaware about that hinder me and my surrounding to express creativity. Being aware and see this and also gather the strength and faith to face what I most of all want to escape is part of this practise, my daily life with my wife and two children, my zen practise and my creative work in the studio are all amazing ways to do this. This is the life I have right now and I'm thankful for getting this opportunity to let freedom take place; within and outside ... The idea for this song came together in the late 90's. The words were inspired by what I was experiencing at the time. It seemed like just a repetitive phrase at first, but after listening to it several times, I realized how something little meant so much. 
When I first sent this to the Snuff Crew, they immediately replied that they were interested in it. I took the song back in the studio and gave it a slight update.  I kept the original vocal and 707/808 drums. 
I updated the Bass line and used a Juno 60 as opposed to the original Prophet 600 sound. I'm both surprised and happy as far as the amount of attention this has received. I can't thank The Snuff Crew enough for inspiring me to finish this. Also want to thank Strictly Rhythm for taking it to the next level with their Digital release.  Currently the vinyl version is the only place you can get the Acid & Instrumental mix. Also there's is an  A capella version found only on the digital release. The Ep is now available at most record stores and digital online sites. Here are a few links.
