James Juke is rooted in classic house traditions, blending disco, jackin’, and garage while drawing on foundational sounds like Jazz and Soul. His music looks back with nostalgia while always moving forward, reflected in his acclaimed NYC party series The Jukeboxx, appearances at Le Bain, Public Records, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Golden Pudel, and Fünk Club, and releases on labels like Nervous Records and Frappé. Alongside remixes for Channel Tres and productions for Lion Babe, he has earned support from Disclosure, A-Trak, and Derrick Carter.

Opener ‘Haters & Congratulators’ with San-Fran talent Gabalicious is a playful house sound featuring seductive vocals full of attitude and sleek chords that bring soul to a heavy yet warm low end. 

American rapper Cakes da Killa features on ‘Need A Beat’, a slinky sound with muted chord work and bouncing drums baked with sirens from the streets of New York and Killa's sensuous tones. 

After the atmospheric ‘LoveTrain’s’ Interlude comes ‘Theo’s 9 to 3’ with all-around Atlanta artist, singer, and performer Wuhryn Dumas. It's an escapist house gem with breezy melodies and charming, loved-up vocals over effortlessly smooth deep house drums.

Manchester’s AJ Christou is back on Hot Creations with ‘Bang Bang’, his follow-up to 2023’s ‘Babaloop’ EP, and it’s a release that reinforces why he’s been in such high demand over recent years. With two original cuts and a charged remix from Italian duo ItaloBros, the package captures the depth, drive, and distinct groove that have defined AJ’s rise. Following up on his debut appearance on sister imprint Paradise Music last year alongside A-Trak, this latest release sees him step further into the spotlight on Jamie Jones’ flagship label. 

Title track ‘Bang Bang’ leads with crisp percussion, slinky grooves, and a hook that’s been igniting AJ’s sets worldwide. “‘Bang Bang has been a staple in my sets for well over a year. Happy to finally share it with the world,” he explains. On the flip, ‘EM District’ brings a deeper, hypnotic energy with trippy textures and rolling swing designed for locked-in late-night moments. Closing things out, ItaloBros mark their own return to the label and step in to rework the title track, turning the original into a hard-grooving, club-ready bomb that perfectly balances intensity with playful energy. 

Since his breakout on The Martinez Brothers’ Cuttin’ Headz label, AJ Christou has built a discography that spans Crosstown Rebels to Fool’s Gold Records, and has also established his own imprints, V-House Sound and Celesta Recordings. With global highlights from The Warehouse Project to Ibiza institutions in Amnesia, Hï, and Ushuaïa, he continues to shape the house, minimal, and techno landscape with a sound that’s his own: groove-driven, refined, and dynamic.

Darius Syrossian returns to Hot Creations with ‘Bass In Ya Face’, a two-track EP already stirring anticipation following an endless list of key plays across the Ibiza season and requests from fans worldwide. Revered for his deep knowledge of house, Syrossian brings a lifetime of experience back to the label, crafting another EP packed with music designed to hit hard on the dancefloor while staying true to the principles of club culture. 

Lead track ‘Bass In Ya Face’ featuring Cortez Walls is a driving, bass-fuelled floor-filler that combines weighty low-end grooves with hooky vocals, while ‘Old School Freak’ delivers a bumping, hands-in-the-air jam built for peak-time impact. Together, the tracks showcase Syrossian’s ability to merge technical precision with infectious energy, a skill honed over decades as a DJ, producer, label head, and selector. 

Speaking on the release, Syrossian says: "It's always an honour to be on Hot Creations. I created these tracks specifically for the label, and I'm eager for them to be released... just so I can stop getting bombarded with requests for the release date in all my inboxes! haha. Since the Jamie Jones and Carl Cox back-to-back at UNVRS opening in Ibiza, and the tracks getting played, I've had non-stop requests." 

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Syrossian’s impact on UK and international dancefloors is undeniable. From his formative years working in record shops like Global Beat and Crash Records to residencies at Sankeys, Tribal Sessions, and beyond, he has refined his craft across genres and generations. His own label, Moxy Muzik, epitomises his ethos, championing the core values of house culture — diversity, musical integrity, and unity on the dancefloor — while providing a platform for artists from all eras. With ‘Bass In Ya Face’, Syrossian delivers another Hot Creations release that is unapologetically club-ready and a testament to his enduring commitment to house music.

Wow, time flies.

Tonight we're celebrating the 400th release on Brique Rouge, and honestly, I never thought we'd get this far when I started the label in 1999.
Twenty-six years later, we're still keeping a certain idea of house, techno, and electronic music in general alive.
The vibe comes first, fun above all else.

So yeah, we're not the talk of the town, we don't have one of our tracks in the latest Yoplait commercial, and Spotify doesn't even pay us anymore because we're so insignificant.
So what?

We're still here, and we'll go as far as we can.
I keep saying “we,” but I'm not talking about myself as if I were His Majesty the Director. No, I say “we” to highlight the myriad of artists who are part of the adventure and who are increasingly...  more
