With 'The Three Shades', Vukovar emerge once more from amongst the ruins of fallen industry and issue a proclamation: but rather than spell it out, these hushed voices speak in concrete-language. To understand you must submit to the subliminal.

This time the trio are joined by 80's cult movie star, ‘Queen of the B's’ Dawn Wildsmith; truly a match made in purgatory. 

‘The Three Shades’ is a glimpse into Vukovar’s ever evolving creative processes, where the minimal is maximalist and all things real and unreal are just grist for the mill.

'If This Isn't Love' is the brand new single by Ghosts of Social Networks released via Integrity Records.

After touching on the darker side of politics on previous single 'Outside The Wheel', the band now return to the subject matter of iconic debut 'Love Potion' with an upbeat but introspective look at how beliefs change with time, casting doubt on all you previously held true.

The alter-ego of Manchester based Nathan Till, Ghosts of Social Networks play live with Ben Dargue on drums and Andrea Gobbi on bass. ‘If This Isn’t Love’ was produced by Gavin Monaghan (Editors, Robert Plant, The Sherlocks).

Inspired by new wave, Nick Cave and The National, GOSN have enjoyed spot plays on BBC 6 Music & Kerrang! Radio, playlisting at Amazing Radio & BT TV, a live session on Fubar Radio, and support at BBC Introducing Manchester, several Triple-A stations in the USA and over 25 UK regionals.

Sporting a refreshed line-up, Kent’s up-and-comers Glass Peaks return to the frontline as a trio, unleashing the powerful and emotive Kristofer Harris (Bear’s Den, Ghostpoet, Clock Opera) produced “I’m Okay”.

With the band’s early outputs receiving plaudits and airplay from the likes of BBC Radio 1, 6Music, Absolute Radio and BBC Introducing, “I’m Okay” is sure to propel Glass Peaks to the next level. Expertly crafted with razor-sharp production, its raucous riffs offset by delicate harmonies, the track is driven by a rousing rhythm section leading to the wall-of-sound climax the band is fast becoming synonymous for.

Early support for "I'm Okay" has already seen the track added to Spotify's 'The Indie List', play listed on Amazing Radio and crowned 'Record of the Week' on BBC Introducing in Kent.

Manchester’s The Slow Readers Club are probably the biggest band you’ve never heard of. But that’s all about to change.

The Slow Readers Club are Aaron Starkie (vocals), Kurtis Starkie (guitar and vocals), James Ryan (bass) and David Whitworth (drums). They are a Manchester based four piece who specialise in dark and brooding indie electro that has drawn comparisons with Interpol, The Killers and The National and which feels equally at home in big arenas and festival fields as it does in intimate surroundings.

Formed in 2010, they’ve taken the long road to recognition. Their self-titled debut album featured live favourites like One More Minute, Feet On Fire, Sirens and Block Out The Sun, but despite rave reviews, they remained firmly under the radar. Many bands would have called it a day, but their self-belief, coupled with a growing band of influential bloggers and radio presenters, kept them going. 

The phrase “underground phenomenon” doesn’t do justice to what this four-piece have achieved to date. Self-funded and self-managed with no more than word of mouth and an album called Cavalcade at their disposal, they sold out The Ritz in Manchester two months in advance last year and have just repeated the trick with The Albert Hall. Not only that they went to London and sold out Oslo and The Borderline with their army of fans and their ubiquitous “READERS” chant as well as playing to growing crowds around the rest of the country.

Bat and Ball present their debut album, Genuine Skin.

A thematic encapsulation of the intimate musings upon which Abi Sinclair, Chris Sinclair and Harri Chambers have made their name so far. The 12-track collection sees the London-based three piece tread the line between tongue-in-check and heart-on-sleeve in their frank assessment of feminism, gender, love and self-worth.

The LP is wrought with emotive subversion. From the exploration of self-esteem and disillusionment within ‘Fortune’ and ‘Worth’, to the narcissism and objectification laced into ‘All The Sugar’ and ‘Be Mine’, Bat & Ball weave both wistful fantasy and stark reality into a refreshingly complex narrative.
