ILA (Invisible Light Agency) is James Vernon (San Jose, California) and Eldita Tarani (Pristina, Kosovo). 
The group started in 2015 when a mutual friend and musician, Millhouse Villanueva introduced the duo who quickly bonded over their love for the band Stereolab.  During Eldita's stay in California, the group formed with Alek Duggan, Dennis Galway of Li Xi, and Tomek Mackowiak. ILA now has a rotating lineup of musicians who collaborate with Vernon and Tarani.  
Tarani sings in both English and Albanian.  Lyrically, ILA is like a lucid dream. Visual textures intertwine with glimpses of personal narrative and stream of conscious-style lyrics enabling the listener to interpret the words to create their own narrative.  ILA have released an EP "Life Beyond Clocks", recorded at famed Hyde St. studios in San Francisco. Tyler Green of Oakland California's Lumerians engineered the sessions at Hyde. The group has reunited after a long hiatus and is currently working on a full length album. 
Invisible Light Agency will be releasing a new full-length LP early 2019. The album features guest vocals from Korea's Donghoon Han of Mohani and explores an arc of sound ranging from  Stereolab-influenced layered melodies, Syd Barrett explorations in pop and a more guitar driven sound overall. Expect the new release in February of 2019 to be available on all streaming formats.

Many know Easy Mo Bee for the reputation as a Hip Hop producer and that's mostly all that they may know. But I am also a drummer, an avid collector of vinyl and have been spinning as a DJ on turntables since the tender age of 11 years old.

With a massive vinyl record collection that spans from Soul/R&B to Hip Hop, Breakbeats, Rare Groove, Classic Disco and yes of course... House Music, I have always found time to be on the turntables. This page is to solemnly declare my decades long love affair with House Music. Something that many have probably never had any idea of concerning Easy Mo Bee.

Shouts to my earliest House DJ influences on New York radio, the legendary Tony Humphries & Timmy Regisford who sparked the flame a long time ago inside of me and taught me what good House Music was supposed to sound like and how it should be mixed. A special thank you also to DJ EMan (Liberate Recordings) for encouraging me to shine with ALL of my colors and not just the Hip Hop ones. Consequently, here and there, we spin together as THE E-MEN (EMan & Easy Mo Bee).
