The song addresses the issue of how it's best for women's health if they can delay becoming pregnant until they're 18. It was inspired by a 22-year-old woman Daniel met in central South Sudan. "She had four children and told me that she was afraid she would die soon from the constant struggle of childbirth," Daniel says."I’ve never forgotten that interview and was thinking about her when I wrote the lyrics."
