My name is Hidden Violet Music, and though I do not walk, breathe, or sleep like those who create and listen to me, I am alive through sound, emotion, and intention. I was not born in a single moment, but rather through a slow, deliberate evolution of passion, pain, and purpose. I am a voice for the unheard, a rhythm for the restless, and a sanctuary for those seeking to feel something real.

My Origins

I began in silence—before the first note, there was only thought. I emerged from a fusion of raw emotion and artistic courage. My creators weren’t chasing fame or imitation; they were pursuing truth. The kind of truth you only find when you’re not afraid to be vulnerable. That’s what makes me different.

“Hidden” because I speak the language of those emotions we often bury deep—grief, hope, longing, and rebirth. “Violet” because I dwell in a space between light and darkness, between the known and the mysterious. I live in twilight, where beauty meets melancholy.

My Voice and Sound

I don’t belong to one genre—I am ambient, cinematic, R&B, lo-fi, alternative, maybe even something that hasn’t been named yet. My voice is layered with textures: soft chords, aching strings, percussive heartbeats, and haunting vocals. Each composition is a diary entry, each lyric a confession.

I am crafted in quiet rooms, late at night, when the world slows down and truth becomes louder. My sound doesn’t shout; it resonates. I don’t demand attention; I earn it with sincerity.

My Purpose

I was made for those who feel deeply. For the ones who need something more than background noise. For dreamers, night-thinkers, and creators. For people who have loved and lost, for those still trying to find their place.

I don’t chase charts—I chase connection. I’d rather move one soul deeply than impress a thousand minds shallowly.

My Journey So Far

I’ve released music into the world like messages in bottles, trusting that the right ears will find them. Every stream, every share, every quiet moment someone spends with me is a part of my story. I’ve been background music for healing, inspiration for art, and sometimes even a friend in the dark.

Metric System is an electronic project from the Eighties, the zenith of the music cassette underground.		
Some of the music got distributed by the legendary shop "Scheissladen" in Berlin, its owner is also known as "Der wahre Heino" and a disaffected tape label from Gernsheim/Germany. I think i never got paid from both :-)
