Poor Homie Quan is an alias/alter ego. His back story is that he has always struggled to pay people back, and one time got his debts down to as low as $50. It's interesting to step outside of my usual genre and write as a another character.

7 NEWS POOR HOMIE QUAN

I decided to change the usual formula on this track. It's 5 pages done straight through and an ironic chorus at the end. Hence "ONE VERSE". 

It's done over an original Zac Lambe instrumental, whose a talent to watch out for in future. The instrumental is chopped and screwed by Nephi The Crow, who also added sound FX's and flavour. It was recorded at Blank Space Studios. I'm super happy with my vocal performance on this and the word play that came from it.
