Los Angeles based Strange Native is no stranger to the Southern California indie scene. Growing up in the shadows of Coachella and the influences of the alternative/ modern rock community, this band mixes contemporary influences with a bit of psychedelia to bring together a seasoned sound for one of the youngest groups working the scene today.  Strange Native made a very successful appearance at Sunset Sessions in 2013 where they were seen by music supervisors, radio programmers and industry tastemakers. To kick off  2014 Strange Native performed at the National Association for Campus Activities ( NACA ), in Boston, MA.  NACA is an invite only performance selected through a national audition process where the group was selected over hundreds of submissions.
