On reconnaît notre second invité rien qu’à son déhanché : @bours1 est un artiste made in France à suivre de très très près. Grosse révélation de ces dernières années, il distille une techno dont lui seul semble avoir le secret, à la fois hard, groovy et sexy déclenchant instantanément les pas de danse.

Ce qui le distingue des autres DJs, c’est sa capacité à lire la foule et à adapter son set à la volée.

Aujourd’hui, avec plusieurs années d’expérience à son actif, Bours? est devenu une figure respectée de la communauté des musiques électroniques. Ses sets sont toujours très attendus et ses productions continuent de repousser les limites du genre.

Il est également le fondateur du label Thumps Out Traxx, où il met en avant les œuvres de nouveaux talents et d’amis.

Specific Objects is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and label owner known for his uplifting, driving, and funk-infused take on techno. Blending influences from early 2000s techno with dub, hardgroove, and hip-hop elements, he creates a fresh sound that's perfectly tuned for contemporary dancefloors.

His steady stream of releases on respected underground labels like Mitsubasa, Smile Sessions, Transition, and Rave Your Soul, along with standout mixes for renowned platforms such as HÖR Berlin and HATE, have quickly earned him recognition as part of the exciting new wave of groove-focused artists reshaping Europe's club scene.

BCCO Mix Series 569: Specific Objects

Marco, known as TRAFFK, is an electronic musician and passionate vinyl collector originally from Italy and now based in the Netherlands, where he's injecting fresh energy into the techno scene.

His journey into electronic music began in 2007, quickly developing into DJing and organising raves alongside like-minded enthusiasts. Since 2012, he's built a solid reputation through club residencies and diverse musical projects, contributing significantly to the local scenes by cultivating community spaces and enhancing their unique musical identities.

With a precise ear for foundational techno, TRAFFK crafts DJ sets that push boundaries. He blends drums and percussion-driven rhythms with crunchy 4x4 beats, locked grooves, breakbeats, and dynamic fader cuts.

Recorded entirely on vinyl, this mix embodies the warmth, imperfections, and authenticity unique to the format. Each track is thoughtfully selected to create hypnotic rhythms, deep grooves, looping patterns, and moments of space and reflection. It's a seamless journey full of raw energy and nuanced details, designed to unfold with each listen.
