ROD_A discovered his passion for electronic music in the early 2010s and has been a steady presence in Saarbrücken’s underground scene ever since. Starting out as a resident at Unsichtbar in 2013, he honed his craft behind the decks and developed a strong sense for the dance floor’s energy. In 2018, he launched the event series Adapter and became a resident at Mauerpfeiffer, before co-founding the label Grab The Groove with Morgenstern — a home for timeless techno from both new and established artists.

ROD_A’s guiding principle is simple: play what you love. His sets reflect that dedication — unfiltered, driving, and built from deep digging and pure instinct.

This mix was recorded live at Silodom Saarbrücken on Halloween, between 2 and 3am. A peak-time set full of intensity and atmosphere, it captures the raw energy of a night that kept the crowd locked in from start to finish.

SERA J, also known as Dimitrios Serasidis, is a techno DJ, producer and live performer from Thessaloniki. His sound draws from Detroit influences, built on tough basslines, steady grooves and sharp, detailed rhythms. He’s released music on labels such as Mutual Rytm, Life in Patterns and Projekts, building a solid reputation through consistent work and support across the scene. With more than a decade of experience, he’s played at clubs and festivals including RSO, Dreaming Festival, Under Club, Fridas Pier and Lofi, and has recently been exploring a more experimental edge through his live sets.

This one-hour mix is hypnotic and steady, a bit more stripped back than usual. It moves with a slow, immersive pull while keeping that raw drive at the centre, offering a deeper and more reflective side of his sound.

It's a strange story of "what does it mean to be human"?
The album is a ongoing story for my love of sci fi fantasy, using elements of Bladerunner, Alien and sampled machine noises. Leaning more towards Industrial Techno, Psytrance, House and Breakbeat.

I've added some mastering to the tracks to make them shine. I'm still learning the ins and outs of mastering but it's something I'm passionate about.
