Having released on some first class labels, this artist's production concentrates on raw electro/break and techno. The consistency of his live acts and DJ sets are enriched by a wide variety sounds and encompass genres of music such as Techno, Electro, Break and Acid. 

Generali is also crew member and resident artist of TES Club, one of our favourites in the city.

We're thrilled to introduce our next SPANDAU20 Mixtape guest!📼 @Peryl 's musical journey began as a drummer, but his passion for sound, inspired by ethereal landscapes, led him to explore modular synthesis and granular techniques. This exploration earned him recognition for his innovative soundscapes.🔊

As a live-only-performer and excessive sound designer, Peryl relies on his modular system and chains of effects to captivate his audiences with high-energy sets. Many sounds in his SPANDAU20 mixtape where created like that. It was recorded live at @aboutblank – so the focus of the setup was on efficiency and innovation, with key players like the Elektron Octatrack and Roland TR8s leading the charge. He's streamlined the process for live performances, adding a UC33 MIDI controller and a duo of effects pedals for that extra atmospheric touch.🎛️

In the studio Peryl has been curating recordings with their own distinct vibes, each one a gem waiting to be unleashed. In his recent live sets, he's diving into experimentation, blending these sonic treasures in fresh combinations that showcase their full potential on the club stage. Every set is a journey into the unknown, a canvas for new inspirations to flourish.✨

The DifferentSound Podcast #294 welcomes Klint! 
French DJ and Producer, Klint has made a name for himself in the upper echelons of the techno scene at the speed of light. From his debut in 2021 with his first vinyl on Planet Rhythm, to his latest opus for Chris Liebing's label, CLR (Immersive Culture EP 2024), the Montpellier-based artist has accumulated releases that turn heads, offering himself a solid place in the techno charts. He can notably be found on vinyls with Dustin Zahn, Luke Slater and Mark Broom. All the support from the most respected DJs on the world scene (Ben Klock, Rødhåd, Slam, Chris Liebing...) only confirms that the music produced by the Frenchman does not leave one indifferent and that great things are to come.

EJA is the solo alias of one half of Duplicity, a London based label and podcast series. As Duplicity, EJA emerged onto the local Scottish scene in late 2019, playing at events around Edinburgh and Glasgow. Since the pandemic, EJA has refined his own sound and general approach, focusing on deep, hypnotic, groovy and loopy elements, largely inspired by artists such as Rene Wise, Setaoc Mass, DVS1, MARRØN, Kaiser and has been working on his own productions, with a growing arsenal of unreleased works and a few select releases which have so far been released on digital and vinyl through labels such as SOMA Records, Duplicity Records, .defaultbox & PRTLWRX. As Duplicity, EJA has spearheaded the label’s overall sound through careful curation of podcast guests & artists for the labels revered various artist releases.
