‘This kind of techno I am talking about points inwards’ says Frederic Lindemann about the sound he’s looking to produce. Listen to everything he’s done since his days as a music student and you’ll get a clue as to what he means. With a heavy focus on minutiae and exploration rather than mass-produced hooks, he’s a vehement exponent for the ’soul inherent in the machines’. His purist repetition and gradual modulation are the hallmarks of a stripped-down philosophy and body of work, a kind of sonic Occam’s razor. The following series was founded to acknowledge producers for their influence on shaping the sound in the electronic music genre while simultaneously showcasing the distinctive musical style of each artist, featuring both released and unreleased music in an all-original podcast format.

K92 aims to reintroduce a sense of mystery surrounding artists by bringing back the focus on the music itself and creating a blank slate for listeners to develop their own interpretations. As a result, the sets on this platform do not include any press photographs or biographies. Instead, each set has been personally signed by the artist to complete their signature sound.

Strathy is a DJ and producer hailing from Hamburg, Germany. Born in 1985, he has been deeply entrenched in the city's underground techno scene since around 2008. As a co-founder and resident of Subspace for over 15 years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the local electronic music landscape.

In addition to his involvement with Subspace, Strathy is also a co-founder of the esteemed record label "Ohne Kommerziellen Wert," which has become synonymous with cutting-edge electronic music. His sound is characterized by groove-driven hybrid sets, seamlessly blending various genres to create a unique auditory experience.

A staple in Hamburg's nightlife, Strathy is a Pal Resident, captivating audiences with his infectious energy and expertly curated sets. His latest release on Out of Place Records further solidifies his position as a driving force in the electronic music scene.

Asmodeo es un artista de nuestra ciudad Bogotá, dj y producto, que ha dedicado su carrera a la producción de techno, como nos gusta con raíces hipnóticas, mentales con fuerte influencia en el ambient y el industrial. 

Tras varios años trabajando en el género ha fichado en sellos de todo el mundo como Black Line Recordings de Francia, Insane Industry de Italia, Kusiya Records de Argentina, entre otros.

Aprovecho la crisis sanitaria de los pasados años para juntarse a varios artistas en donde desarrolló podcasts con una de sus marcas llamada Parallel, logrando la participación de artistas de varios subgéneros de la música electrónica, abriendo la posibilidad a artistas emergentes.

En 2023, decide formar y fundar su propio sello discográfico llamado Hypnotism Records, con el cual espera dar espacio a todos los artistas que reúnan el carácter y sonido que caracteriza al subgénero que ama y le gusta producir, siendo Hipnótico y ambient combinados. en un solo, enfocado a la pista de baile, para lograr un estilo "Loop" y "Experimental" para que tanto el público como el Dj puedan disfrutarlo.
