After experimenting with Dubstep and Drum ’n’ Bass for over 8 years Franz Jäger started in 2016 following a more technoid approach. Based in Stockholm and inspired by the works of Seba, DJ Slip a.k.a. Troy Geary as well as jazz, soul, and the sound of nature he now passionately focusses on his unique interpretation of minimalistic and organic Techno full of momentum and carefully crafted soundscapes.
With early support and mentoring from Cari Lekebusch he first played at one of the infamous „Underground Cult“ parties followed by numerous gigs all over Sweden including Club ‚mmmmm‘ in Stockholm. As a resident of Schimmer Records from Stuttgart and with his release on HAYES Collective in 2020 and his debut album on Diffuse Reality in 2021 he gained massive attention and received heavy support for his outstanding creative output.

Six original works unfold like routes through an inner metropolis.
::: Podium lifts the listener to a vantage point where the city’s pulse and the beat of one’s own blood merge.
::: Tula drifts on the wind above ancient domes, weaving cold bell overtones into techno’s drive.
::: Untitled_6 is a pure formula — abstract and open, like an unfinished code of the Universe.
::: UVB-76 flickers with radio static, hinting at mysterious frequencies where transmissions run for decades without a receiver.
::: Where Is the Master echoes like a question to an unseen mentor, dissolving into layers of reverberation.

::: Radio Badjay (@radiobadjay)  infuses Untitled_6 with warm streetlight and groove, like an FM broadcast only audible in dreams.
::: Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube & @x_fr), in his Remix №6, opens a portal to both past and future, condensing the very essence of the genre into a single point: echo, depth, and infinite resonance.

What You Want LP is neither a request nor an answer — it is a mirror. It reflects the desires of those willing to listen. Gliesse does not dictate direction; he offers a map where every marker is a sound. Within this album lies the whisper of old radio stations, the breath of Moscow’s night, and the distant resonance of an endless universe. This is music that never asks “where to go” — it simply leads you to where what you seek already exists.
