Best known for his fine mental dash and intricate modular assemblies which have been featured on the likes of Granulart, Pole Group, Tsunami Records and KEY, the Barcelona-based hypnotist laid down for us a two-hour shy mind-boggler of a - vinyl-only - mix. A true Rorschach test of gridlocked machine funk interwoven with tuff-as-nail hardware bursts and more atmospheric flights, this one will keep you guessing as to what the next bar may bring to the table. Michel Lauriola, originally from Venezuela, is a DJ and producer based in Buenos Aires (Argentina). He has been active in the scene for over 20 years and the city witnessed his evolution over the years which resulted in a very rhythmic and deep techno artist. Not only is Michel Lauriola known for his DJ skills, he has also released his music on several labels such as the well known Polegroup, Animal Farm, Children of Tomorrow and Out of Place. The productions that he has put out has been played by well respected DJ’s such as Oscar Mulero, Rødhåd, Tensal, Lewis Fautzi and Dasha Rush to name a few. 

For those who are familiar with Michel Lauriola know that he likes to keep his energy high and dark with his approach of techno. His signature sound can be experienced in this set, which will take you into the darker and mystic realm of hypnotic techno. Enjoy this one hour mix and get inspired by Michel Lauriola.
