Laure Croft is a force to be reckoned with. After brief stints in the house and hardcore scene, the 26-year old Dutchie finally settled into what she feels to be her true musical home; the underground (queer) techno scene. 

Feeling safe in this new and exciting environment, Laure started to spin records, supported and surrounded by great people, and instantly realized that this is what she wanted to do. 

Her musical philosophy is both pragmatic and beautifully simple; it has to keep you going! With as little breaks as possible, Laure takes her dancers on a wild ride of stripped down, fast-paced 4x4 sexy bounciness, most records stemming from the time period of 1995-2005. 

Having been told many times by male colleagues that women simply don’t have what it takes, Laure advocates for more inclusive lineups in all regards, so that great talent can also be seen and especially heard. 

For Laure empathy is key, but also remember to always keep it sexy.

Fashion photographer by day, DJ by night, vinyl lover and on top of that part of DUEL collective. Pawel has a busy schedule pushing his scene on multiple fronts.  Despite his fairly recent debut, Pawel already regularly enjoys bookings by the most recognizable clubs in Poland. Supporting artists such as Somewhen, Keith Carnal, Etapp Kyle, The Lady Machine and more with his raw, deep, hypnotic and groovy sound, Pawel has made it clear that he is commited to keep on pushing himself and the scene he loves. Hard work pays off.

The early 2010s were an extended annus mirabillis for heavy-hitter Sébastien Michel, whose release of megahit ‘Mixtion’ was just the start of a trajectory that followed the shedding of his former skin as half of Daxyl and saw him pursue a more streamlined and emphatic vision of the techno future under his UVB pseudonym. Back in a time when he was hell-bent and producing up to three tracks a day, his early excursions into clubland were distinguished by sets forged exclusively from his own work; that gamut is a little broader nowadays but clearly no less exciting and personal. For the latest instalment of Bassiani Podcast series, he packs those years of toil into a succinct and aggressive strike, hedonic yet disciplined, the type of masterful studio mix you’d expect from the Body Theory label boss.
