Had a few niggas make threats

Nothing ever came of it
Had a good friend take his own life
Guess he was sick of feelin the pain from it
Some days I could understand
Could probably pen the same suicide note
But even in my darkest hours
I see enough light to climb out the hole
Guess that’s just silly me
Or maybe just silly luck
These streets tough and they don’t ease up
