Guitar, Drums & Bass played by J. Lemont (with specific emphasis on the Electric guitar)
Tunings so far have been GBDF#G#E & GBbDbFbAbEb. Trying to become a more expressive player on the guitar, so, I'll just see what happens! By the way, the use of alternate tunings is nothing new to me, as I have long been a fan of Joni Mitchell. However, I'd previously been trying out her tunings and my own as a means of writing songs. The difference, now, is that I'd like to develop into a soloist, both improvising and also writing pieces as well. 
Update: Want to add in that the one potential problem with some of the tunings may be some wear or damage to the instrument, since I know I've been suggesting various tunings quite a bit over time to people. I just had a good discussion with fellow musician Mark Ward (you can check him out, here https://soundcloud.com/mark-ward) - he mentioned that, in his prior experience with the instrument, that more than 3 semi-tones up for any string may be something to avoid as far as strings breaking. This is logical enough, but I can imagine it might do a number on the neck, as well. So, maybe stay on the safe side.

Alternate Tunings - Electric Guitar

Solo Electric Guitar Improvisation by J. Lemont 1/28/14. I didn't run around when I played this, unfortunately. Instrument cable was too short... Also, this was played very damn passionately.

Guitar was recorded first, then drums. The lousy grounding in the basement made me decide to add drums over this intro. Would have preferred guitar. I probably shouldn't have sat where I did, though! It would have helped to move. Arg. 
By the way, I recommend this tuning!

One more thought - This could basically go under the "Barking Cows" set, but I'm leaning more in the direction of an alternate tunings playlist, I suppose.

Introduction - (G-Bb-Db-Fb-Ab-Eb Tuning)

In this case, I recorded a basic drum track, first, and then put the guitar over it, followed by bass. Also, I wonder if, by accidentally knocking the interface over, I may have messe up the headphone jack. I hope it can be fixed. Still works, but everything is ultra-distorted past a certain point : / Argh.  
Again, I highly suggest this tuning!

Guitar/Drum Set - J. Lemont ...I think being stuck inside the house a lot during the cold days has led me to try and find something to replace getting sunlight. At least, I think that's what's happening. I think the tunings are something to that effect. It'll be nice out tomorrow, so, who knows. Or, not that nice out.

Multi-instrumentalist and music explorer...er...back from a long expedition! Never get banished to an island full of clarinets and other people, presumably some are clarinetists plucked from rehearsals. Some jerk will want to make a clarinet flare exhibition for passing aircraft, SOS and the likes. Many people with wooden clarinets will have broken hearts. They will, instead, whistle. At which point...get off of the island!!! Hopefully your coordinates are already known by a large ship full of friends who like food similar to your favorite foods and are aware of all allergies. 
(Musically, I will have compensated for this typed intro by some point if you leave some on and forget all about them having been on, awhile later. Since you are probably already on Clarinet Island.  Some tracks are a direct antidote to Island Clarinet Carbons Sickness of the Upper Ankle.
