Be Quiet Studio is a professional recording studio located in downtown Bangkok, Thailand. Our Studio featuring the best of both vintage analog and modern digital tools. Music is our passion and we focus on making a big sound in an intimate setting.

Cigarette Launcher is a duo formed by pure fate. Py and Noom were born in the same hometown province of Sakol-Nakorn in the Northeastern plateau of rural Thailand; however lived worlds apart till they met through a mutual friend who was an aspiring indie musician. Surprisingly, their musical influences were almost the same as they grew up in the 90's - the era which American and British alternative music was the most influential to the Thai underground scene. They clicked very quickly after listening to each others demos and soon agreed to create together a sound that is fresh and different from the Thai mainstream.

Py has spent most of his time playing and writing songs on his acoustic guitar alone as Noom was a playing in bars and night clubs for most of his adult life. So, the distinctive sound of Cigarette Launcher comprises of Py's acoustic guitar and Noom's elaborate use of guitar effects - with layers upon layers of electric guitar tracks that are not guitar-hero-like, but instead simple melodies that are soul-soothing.

"Unfound", Cigarette Launcher's 2nd single has made it to No. 2 of Thailand's most respected indie music radio's weekly chart and was ranked No. 16 in its top 100 best songs of the year 2011. Cigarette Launcher plans to continue creating their unique music as soon as Py returns from his studies in the United States.
