Faye. is a singer-songwriter from Melbourne, who explores the beauty of human truths through her transparent lyrics and emotive melodies. With inspirations from Matt Corby, Nai Palm and Angie McMahon, she creates a passion born fusion between indie-pop and neo soul.

Melbourne based singer/songwriter Sherry is proud to be defying Asian stereotypes in the music scene. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts to appease the cultural expectations of her Chinese parents, she is thrilled to release her debut single ‘Work on Yourself’, a rhythmic dance tune with sass, swag and ‘tude, on May 1st this year.

Influenced by artists such as Rihanna, Chris Brown, Destiny’s Child and Boyz II Men, her sound is a blend of catchy Pop and R&B melodies coupled with relatable lyricism that showcases her smooth, deep tones and powerful vocals. Sherry is a strong-willed and self-assured classy woman who will not let societal barriers stand in her way of achieving her musical aspirations.
