The Ronda's are various motorways that cross "The Condal City" from it's opposing corners, just as it's bell way counterparts, this one's take you into many different perspectives of the metropolitan area, locations where there's a park full of green and sun every day, are also tunnels full of pollution, machines and constant darkness. Drive carefully!

This mix represents nothing but this, summing up an intended identity for this series and beyond, reaching out to a whole A&R/DJing work pattern.

No rushed mixing, the proposal here is to display the maximum of each track, guiding the listener through an endless melodic journey at each of these exquisite songs. A long and careful curating process resulted in this fine selection of sounds, existing right in the intersection between melodic techno and legitimate deep house, where an already blurry line fades away completely, becoming invisible. 

Sober, soft and kind. Delicate melodies, sophisticated elements, minimalistic sonorities. To all of those needing a break, here’s a musical delight, conducted by songs that bring something of unusual, being simultaneously rich in emotional potential.

Andy Stott has developed a unique sound since his debut for the Modern Love label back in 2005. His first demos were heavily influenced by the square-bassline techno variations of labelmate Claro Intelecto. His restless shift from traditional Techno and House blueprints through to the bottom-heavy signatures of Dubstep and the steppers arrangements of Garage have also placed him at the forefront of the dubstep/techno hybrid sounds that have continued to dominate the electronic music scene since 2008. This compilation brings together selected tracks dating back to Andy Stott's debut back in 2005 and reaching all the way to his most recent material.
