Bene and Nils aka Kon Faber are two talented young producers from Berlin. We share quite a few friends and it was just a matter of time till we would be collaborating. That moment happened at the beginning of 2021 and from the moment we heard their track Odyssey for the first time it has been running on repeat in our mountain studio in Portugal.

Logically finding remix artists was not very tricky and we are delighted to welcome Harry Charles to Hug Records with this beauty of a remix. This nocturnal cat is a multifaceted musical creature. Soulcat is the alter ego of Manu, dj, guitarist and saxophonist from Berlin. As a musician, he initially turned his attention more to hand-made music, then through the techno scene of his hometown Berlin getting in touch with the combination of organic and electronic sounds. After a stay in São Paulo in 2020, he tries to build bridges between tropical sounds and the techno sounds of the German capital. Taking a focus on deep and slow techno he increasingly combines darker organic sounds, rhythms and instruments.
