..I dedicate this Journey to to my beloved Imanuel..it is a Journey of love and truth..a Journey which may bring up everything to the surface, that does not serve us anymore, that is not in resonance with our heart and soul...dance trough it, surrender and release, release, release...until u may find yourself tired but refreshed and new, with less weight and less tention.. As Johanna said in the circle: it is not easy to REALLY open our heart for Love. It takes courage and strenght to get out of our own way and let Love guide us...

My Last set for awhile at the Yoga Barn- it was super high vibes and I dedicated this set to my Grandson MANA may he remember the power and fire in his belly to rise above all limitations and remember who he is as we all remember the depth and constant possibilities this life has to offer.
