Started as a little present for parties and never ending summer evenings it became my yearly musical manifest which I give to people I really like...
This year was the 10th anniversary and I thought about something special for the Compilation. So I decided to add an extra CD and recorded a DJ-Set with my favorite electronic tracks...here it is.

Who Is He & What Is He To You (Leftside Wobble Rework) Free Download

We've got a tasty exclusive for you today from Luxxury. His much lauded edit of 'Riders On The Storm' made some waves last year and then it vanished into a haze of legal ambiguity and only strong supporters of the track like Greg Wilson had it. Well we've got our hands on a live remix version from one of his 'Live Remix' shows to give you. His first every European Tour is coming up in September and I look forward to seeing this one in person. The first show of the tour is a show at Festival Number 6 where he's playing the Super Weird Happening Stage. 

Luxxury's version is one of the most interesting edits we've heard for a long time. Sultry as hell with vocoder vocals and a feeling that echoes in your head long after the track has finished. His additions are beautifully produced and this version brings to the fore background melodies from the original and puts them front and centre. Accomplished stuff

I’m really into the latest Psychemagik single, ‘Milk & Shoes’, which features vocalist Navid Izadi over a solid mid-tempo acid groove – a section of the track originally surfacing on an ‘anti-hipster’ Smirnoff Vodka advert last year. It’s an impressive production and would certainly get my vote as one of the best dance tracks of 2015.

I put together my own edit to play out, as is my wont, which Dan & Tom from Psychemagik were happy for me to share on SoundCloud. It’s just a combination of vocal and dub versions really, plus some additional ambience via a scattering of samples I’ve introduced – that’s pretty much it, a less is more approach.
