Everyone wants to be perfect and looking for a perfect life. And then when they finally find it, i´ts still not perfect enough. Today, humans have greedy souls and hidden eugenics fascism. The universe is not perfect, and neither is the world nor humans.

So what the meaning of perfect ? Is it about comfort/pragmatic in life or
is it about soul? There is no such thing as the perfect life, human, or time.
There is just a - our own natural happiness - without smart plans and the opinion of others.

Since 2021, I have been honored to be a part of the Love Foundation family, a journey that has significantly boosted my personal development. At the beginning of this year, I made the hard decision to quit my job because I felt a void where my dreams once were. Life's path is far from linear, and finding my own dream is an even steeper climb. Yet, amid the ups and downs, a consistent lesson stayed: the importance of putting your happiness and well-being as the top priority.

In this journey of self-discovery, I stumbled upon my love for music and the deep, authentic connections it creates. The vibrancy of events, parties, and festivals, where music becomes a glimpse of hope weaving people together. This is where my heart finds its rhythm and my eyes light up with childlike wonder and joy. These gatherings don't merely spark joy in me; to me they trigger a sense of belonging, a feeling of being a part of a larger, collective dream of a better world. They sometimes serve as beacons, breaking through the gloom to remind us that the world is not always as bleak as it may seem.

Amidst the turbulence of unemployment, heartwarming festivals, engaging parties and moments of mental crises; I have managed to juggle multiple endeavours, among other things co-organizing a small festival and the Glacis Open Air "Love Forest" Love Foundation stage. The past two months have been an emotional rollercoaster that show no signs of slowing down. Yet, even in the most bleak moments, I often catch glimpses of hope and joy, reminders of why it's worthwhile to stay engaged in this beautiful, chaotic dance of life. This is the essence of the Glacis Open Air, all of the other wonderful experiences and all the remarkable individuals and new friends I have been fortunate enough to encounter in the last two months.

I feel privileged for being able to open the very stage that I helped organize and I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Love Foundation Magdeburg. Thank you for entrusting me with such a responsibility and for making me a part of this incredible journey. And I very much hope that I have done justice to this with this set.

I prepared this set for the second volume of my "Epistrophie" event series in early October. Like last time, I couldn't host it without the wholesome support of my partner in crime M. 

Thanks to my dear creatures of the night at @manitari-kollektiv, a few weeks later I had the spontaneous chance to replay and refine it at the Backstage location in Munich, awestruck to deliver my favourite curation so far through the biggest soundsystem yet.

As this set is an amalgamate of electronic music styles I currently hold most dearly, it covers quite the range of moods. 
The shiftings from dreamy and melodic to dark and demanding depths of sonic sensation required mixing techniques that were quite new and somewhat scary for me - nevertheless, I hope you are as elated by the imperfect result as I am.
