ELECTRONIC HOUSE made the old way with splashes of ACID, LIVE percussion & BASS GUITAR-SYNTH FX

No Ableton, no software synths!! We use rare and classic analogue synths and XOX box's as a foundation to our sound. We pair this with live percussion & bass guitar synth FX. (Geek list - Roland TB303, Roland TR606, Roland TR707, Roland SH101, Roland SH09 Korg Poly 800, Korg MS20, APR Solus & Moog Source).

We have received some incredible support from the BBC introducing team receiving many radio plays including a play on national BBC radio 6's mixtape with Tom Robinson.
We are currently working on our debut album. We're also available to play shows in clubs and at festivals. Book something different for your event!!!!!

I took a 4 year Hiatus from 2014 to 2018. But........
Daametrius(Gio Mage) is a gift from GOD.  He supports and loves everyones music.  DAAMETRIUS was sent to make music that will raise your vibrations and vibrate a natural process of thought.  The mission is to clean the earth and teach humans how to respect their neighbors.  In me resides an avatar which is a very very ancient old soul.  My music will teach you how to appreciate beauty, to walk with empathy, to love to think before you act and to be confident in expressing yourself anyway. Beatroot of all evil was lead nib in the world's first heavy metal calligraphy tribute band Itallica, but we fell out writing the contract.

Beatroot of all evil lives in Scarborough and mixes house, techno, progressive house, disco, breakbeat, acid and other cosmic grooves together.

Regularly promotes Phuturist with HNA and Whateverest with FONK. Is resident at Gathering by the Sea and at Beach per Minute. Has warmed up for Dub Pistols, Dreadzone and appeared at Beatherder, Sub Rosa Shangri La, Eat Your Words, Lunar Sea, Ministry of Chocolate, Thirstfest and Shake the Dust. Beatroot mixes have been broadcast on York DIY radio, Cranky Radio, York Uni radio and Radio Scarborough.
