Craig Bratley has been carving out a distinct and somewhat peculiar discography since his debut release ‘Free Music’ landed in 2004. The foundations of his tracks are often weighty and driving, leaving the outer layers to go intricately wild.  

Andrew Weatherall stands tall among British dance music’s most prominent figures. He’s been killing it for decades, and shows no signs of stopping. ‘Play The Game (Andrew Weatheral remix)’ stretches the track out into a mesmerising, 10-minute masterpiece that goes both minimal and maximal as it traverses through spidery percussive lines and crashing guitar chords. @MireiaRec celebrate their tenth release “ZEHN” with a split EP by Amsterdam’s @Pin-Up-Club and Berlin's Conga Fever. The two originals are accompanied by remixes by Lauer, Jacob Korn and RSS Disco.

Pin Up Club’s “Dilapidated” is a true synth-workout with hard-hitting claps.

@RSS Disco channel the track into a psychedelic journey with a distinctive Italo feeling.  A frayed lead melody interwoven with moist Oberheim chords and backed up by old-schoolish drums and a classic arpeggiated Juno Bassline ignite neon lights and incense at the same time.

Being seasoned DJs that know how to read a crowd, RSS Disco seem to feel at home in a broad variety of terrains: Be it their remix of indie/lofi sleeper hit “In Dreams” by Tomemitsu or vintage indian upbeat psychfunk with Rupa’s “Aaj Shanibar”. Their remix of “Dilapidated” is no exception in a string of quality music.

“ZEHN” is a diverse and worthwhile entry into Mireia Record’s catalogue, feeling right at home with their back catalogue of always interesting serious/not so serious dance music with a melancholic twist.

The 10th digital release for @DogsandVulturesRecords comes via Mexican producer Alfredo Cardenas aka @2612Montessori in collaboration with the producer, dj and vocalist @Badmoiselle.

There are two originals on the EP 'Aircraft Reel' and 'Fanjoyen', both focused towards the floor . Remixes come from fellow countrymen Rigopolar and Colossio, Italian duo Younger Than Me and French artist @Dombrance.

The latter who is coming hot off the success of his recent album take on 'Aircraft Reel' delivers a killer cut which has an fantastic weirdo break down and kick and is sure to be ripping up many a dance floor.
