Originally from New Zealand, Dilby is taking the world by storm with his unique take on underground music. Crafted from a classic house and techno palette but presented with a fresh modern twist. His sound is rich, warm and musical, but aimed squarely at the dance floor.

In recent years Dilby’s global recognition has seen him develop an in-demand DJ schedule, touring across Europe, Russia, South America and Australasia.

His music is a mainstay at the top of the charts on Beatport, where he is amongst the highest selling artists in the Deep House genre. He has achieved several country-specific top 10’s on iTunes and racked up millions of streams on spotify.

A firm favourite amongst tastemaker DJ’s his music is regularly championed by a diverse range of top-tier artists from Hot Since 82 to Diplo, Mark Knight to Nicole Madouber, who proclaimed his single Tomahawk to be one her most played tracks of 2021.

I'm Guky, the guitarist from Merphyr, and this is my page where i post 8 bit song covers (from my songs or other people's songs). I really like making 8 bit songs after what i listen to and thought it would be fun to have a page through which to share those :D

For whomever's interested the way i make the 8bit songs is create them from scratch in GuitarPro5, note by note, rest by rest, then export that as midi and use a program called GASHISOFT GXSCC (it's free) to add a soundfont that sounds like 8bit
