Trust the vibe, episode 2... back at it again with the end of summer mix for 2023.  Just like the last episode,  we're going on a trip around the world in search of music with that tropical beach vibe to it. As a percussionist and music lover, I find myself on a constant treasure hunt, searching for rhythms and music that move me. This lifelong journey of practice, performance and discovery have taken me all over our planet from North and South America,  to the Caribbean and of course Europe. Through the grind of it all, I have met and performed for so many amazing people of all different backgrounds but yet we all seem connected in the groove.  I have shared some real special moments on stage with artists such as Dj Bosq,  Nickodemus NYC and Gordon Clay aka Nappy G of Turntables on the Hudson, the DRM, Manhattan Samba, DJ Genti And Noki, Jeremy Sole, Dj Sabo, DJ Sweetbo and so many more the list can go on but I am truly thankful for all the special moments shared with my friends and looking forward to what comes next. Being around and performing with live bands as well as these super talented Dj's and producers have lead me to where we are now at Beats Collective Radio. This is something I put together and have been thinking about for years where l share the music that inspires me in hopes that you'll find something special in it too. No matter the language or culture, style/genre, tempo and even timeline... if it moves me, I'm all for it. You can expect a variety of shows for you to enjoy in various genres going forward. So that's it! There is so much more to say but I'll let the music do the talking. I hope you enjoy the mixes I put together for you and if you hear something you like, I always encourage you to support the artists so that they can go ahead and make more music for us to enjoy.
