Trust the vibe, episode 2... back at it again with the end of summer mix for 2023. BIOGRAPHY: 
Freshness, groove and love of the electronic music. Carlos Chavez is a Canary Islands DJ with more than 12 years of career and more than 20.000 mensual listeners in Soundcloud. He is DJ resident of Papagayo Beach club, the best club in Tenerife and the most recognized club of Canary Islands. There, Carlos has been playing music in his native island and positioning himself in the national scene for more than 10 years.

The music that Carlos plays is characterized by being fresh and dynamic. Carlos devises and executes his sessions for the creation of energetic atmospheres, and transports listeners to stimulating ambiences, where they can enjoy nightlife and the dance floor. He always leaves his distinctive mark as a DJ with his characteristic sound and polished technique and elegant and attractive taste.

In 2020, Carlos Chavez creates his own personal label Soleá, and currently has his own radio show on the renowned Balearica Music radio station. His recognition in the Canary Islands and in the national and international scenes is constantly growing. With his wide range of experience and his refined technique, in his sessions Carlos Chavez invites us to listen to suggestive melodies and sounds, to get carried away by paradisiacal atmospheres and to enjoy nightlife.

As a percussionist and music lover, I find myself on a constant treasure hunt, searching for rhythms and music that move me. This lifelong journey of practice, performance and discovery have taken me all over our planet from North and South America,  to the Caribbean and of course Europe. Through the grind of it all, I have met and performed for so many amazing people of all different backgrounds but yet we all seem connected in the groove.  I have shared some real special moments on stage with artists such as Dj Bosq,  Nickodemus NYC and Gordon Clay aka Nappy G of Turntables on the Hudson, the DRM, Manhattan Samba, DJ Genti And Noki, Jeremy Sole, Dj Sabo, DJ Sweetbo and so many more the list can go on but I am truly thankful for all the special moments shared with my friends and looking forward to what comes next. Being around and performing with live bands as well as these super talented Dj's and producers have lead me to where we are now at Beats Collective Radio. This is something I put together and have been thinking about for years where l share the music that inspires me in hopes that you'll find something special in it too. No matter the language or culture, style/genre, tempo and even timeline... if it moves me, I'm all for it. You can expect a variety of shows for you to enjoy in various genres going forward. So that's it! There is so much more to say but I'll let the music do the talking. Passion led me to snowboarding, snowboarding led me to dance, dance led me to myself. Two decades ago, dance became a path for self- discovery, healing, and transformation. When I created Inner Rhythm, a facilitated conscious dance practice, my role as a DJ was also born. For me, DJing is another form of dance; feeling the energy of the music, the collective energy in the room, and responding with musical offerings.
